Friendly and accommodating staff made our stay comfortable.

The shuttle bus service was very limited, finishing far too early in the evening. This made it difficult to enjoy the town, as we often felt stranded. the availability of food was restricted to set times, which was frustrating especially when the afternoon restaurant closed unexpectedly due to weather conditions.

The second-floor triple room was stunning and comfortable, while the basement twin room was disappointing due to odors and noise. The proximity to ski slopes added convenience to our stay.

The ski-in, ski-out convenience made it easy to access the slopes right from the hotel. A highlight included excellent service from the staff, who were always welcoming and eager to assist. the basement twin room was disappointing due to cigarette smoke and noise. the dining options were limited at times, affecting convenience.

I loved the helpful reception staff, who went above and beyond to assist me. The cozy lounge area in the room was perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.
